Bahan :
½ kg dada ayam taburi garam, goreng lalu disuwir kasar (seharusnya dibakar lalu disuwir)
1 buah Jeruk limau

Bumbu halus :
8 buah cabai merah
5 buah cabai rawit merah
1 buah tomat merah
2 butir bawang merah
1 sdt terasi
Garam secukupya
Gula pasir secukupnya (optional)

Cara membuat :
Tumis bumbu halus sampai harum masukan ayam suwir dan beri air 50ml aduk rata, masak terus sampai bumbu meresap dan air habis ( kering ).
Sajikan dengan perasan air jeruk limau.
